We are happy to offer click and collect from our Hamilton location in our little nook in Te Kowhai. We will be in touch to confirm a collection arrangement with you once your order is placed. If your product is in stock, please kindly note that your collection will generally be ready the following day.

Please kindly note the below delivery times are a guide only and cannot be guaranteed as there may be delays with New Zealand Post or other carriers. 

Once your order is shipped, we will email you confirmation and your tracking number. 

We offer free delivery to those in the North Island urban locations on purchases over $149.00, rural delivery and South Island deliveries will incur additional charges.  Our free shipping is not white glove delivery, please feel free to reach out should you require assistance upon delivery for larger heavy items or wish for white glove delivery and assembly, and we can provide a quote for this service -

Small items:
North Island: 1-3 working days
South Island: 5-10 working days
Rural Locations: Please allow an additional 2-3 days for rural locations.

Larger items (furniture & fragile goods & roller blinds):
New Zealand wide: 5-10 working days

We aim to dispatch orders either the same day or the following day.  We currently are not able to ship internationally.  

Please kindly note that these timeframes, usually extend during peak times and lockdowns only and return back to normal at other times of the year.

Design Addiction is 100% online, therefore we have pretty flexible returns policy. We keep it easy, if a product is faulty we either replace your item – or return your money - we don’t want an unhappy customer! All we ask is that you let us know straight away, email us on and send it back to us within 7 days with the original packaging and labels. We pay for the postage if the product is faulty so you don’t need to worry! We are fully compliant with the Consumer Guarantees Act.

Should you change your mind, we will consider the circumstances at our discretion - simply send us an email to and we will be in touch.  For any sale items and bulky items unfortunately we do not offer a change of mind return. 

Should any item be faulty, or be an incorrect product then absolutely we will provide shipping at our cost. Shipping costs to return or exchange an item will be at your (the customers) expense unless the item is faulty.  If a product fault is minor and can be fixed, together we can choose to repair the item, replace it, or refund your money.  We fully comply with the Consumer Guarantees Act.
